- Yes. Many cruise visitors use our storage for the day while exploring Heraklion, Knossos, and the city center before returning to the ship.
- What are your opening hours?
- We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- How does pricing work?
- €2 for the first hour per piece, then +€2 for each additional hour (e.g. 3 hours = €6). A full 24 hours is €25 per piece. You pay for planned time. Extra hours are charged on collection.
- How secure is my luggage?
- Our storage space is monitored by CCTV all day long. You receive a ticket with your storage details and can track your time via the QR code on your ticket.
- Can I store shopping bags and small items?
- Yes! Besides suitcases and backpacks, we also accept shopping bags, helmets, strollers, and other items. All pieces are priced the same, ask our staff on arrival.
- Do you have a luggage scale?
- Yes, we offer a free luggage scale so you can weigh your bags before heading to the airport. No surprises at check-in.
- Can I reserve storage in advance?
